Shipping Policy (Revised)

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping Only

We do not currently offer domestic shipping within Japan.
All orders are shipped from Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service).

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please allow extra time for customs processing:

  • Asia: 12–19 business days
  • Europe/North America: 15–26 business days
  • Other regions: Additional time depending on local postal conditions

Please note that these are estimated times, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Provider

We currently ship exclusively using EMS (Express Mail Service).

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit due to carrier issues or customs inspections. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier where possible.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at shota@jyanomellc.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review your case and work with the shipping carrier to file a claim on your behalf.
